<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">LUCKNOW: A day after chief minister Akhilesh Yadav justified the suspension of IAS Durga Shakti Nagpal saying her orders had triggered communal tension in Rabupura, the local police in Gautum Budh Nagar on Monday deflated the CM's contention by stating that there was no communal flare-up in the area.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Adding credibility to the police claims is the fact that the government had not received any field report regarding communal tension in GB Nagar on Saturday. Sources in the state home department said such serious action is initiated against an officer only on the basis of a field report which outlines the need for urgency in such actions.</span></span><br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">The government claimed Nagpal was suspended for demolishing an under-construction boundary wall of a mosque in Qadalpura village under Rabupura police circle on Saturday afternoon. Station Officer of Rabupura police station, senior sub inspector (SSI) Ajay Kumar, told TOI on Monday that all was well in the area.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">'No communal tension in the area'</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">"There was no tension at all. You can verify it from mediapersons who were present here in GB Nagar. I have reasons to believe that not one of them was even aware of the demolition till Sunday night," Ajay Kumar said. Asked if there had been police deployment at the demolition site and if any criminal case had been lodged against mischief-mongers trying to fuel communal passions, the officer replied: "Jab kuchh hua hi nahi to case kis liye (Why would we lodge a case when nothing of this sort happened),"</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Nagpal is widely perceived to have been suspended because she had gone after the sand mafia in GB Nagar in the last few months. During her drive against illegal mining, Nagpal had got 15 people arrested and arrest warrants issued against 22 others who went missing after raids. As many as 297 trucks and tractor-trolleys were found carrying loads from illegal mining. Rs 82.43 lakh had been collected as fine and challans.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Chief minister Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday had described Nagpal's suspension as an "administrative compulsion to ease communal tension" in Rabupura.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Sources at Rabupura police station said the demolition of the wall in question was so quiet an affair that the local police decided not even to mention it in the general diary (GD) of the police station — till Sunday afternoon at least. The GD happens to be one official document that records the minute-to-minute happenings within a police circle.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Meanwhile, sources in Lucknow said the suspension orders were issued at the instance of a seniorSamajwadi Party leader. The politician got two secretaries to the chief minister to get the department of appointments opened around midnight on Saturday and issue suspension orders on their verbal directions. The CM, said sources, was also informed about the action being initiated against the IAS.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Three truths about the oral contraceptive, including how they change your preference in men (only soft-faced dudes welcome)</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Popping 'the pill' to skip pregnancy may leave you with more than you bargained for — like a modified taste in men.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Birth control or oral contraceptive pills, a new study in Scotland reveals, could alter a woman's preference for a male partner. The pill leaves women, it seems, attracted to men with feminine facial features over those with macho angular faces.</span></span><br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Of the two studies in the research, one asked 55 heterosexual women to change the digital images of male faces until they settled on a face they liked to pick for a short-term relationship and another for a long-term. After the exercise, 18 of the 55 women took birth control pills. Three months later, all took the test again. Those on the pill chose men with more feminine faces, determined by cheekbone prominence, jaw structure and face width.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">To see if the 'digital' results withstood the vagaries of reality, the researchers met 170 heterosexual couples, half of who had met while the woman was on the pill. The researchers took photos of the men, digitally altered them to make them look more or less masculine, and made volunteers (men and women) look at the original and altered pictures and rate them on masculinity. Women on the pill, were found to have had male partners with more feminine faces.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Pregnant-like on the pill </span></span></h4>
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Dr S M Bandukwala, consulting physician and diabetologist at LH Hiranandani Hospital, says, it's not surprising. Women on the pill seem to react to male partners in the same way pregnant women would, opting for gentle supporters over aggressive enforcers. And it's the handiwork of hormones.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Oestrogen and progesterone are the two primary hormones at work in women, and there's a complex interplay between the two during pregnancy.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">A woman gets pregnant when the male sperm fertilises an egg released from her ovary. This egg attaches to her uterus, where it receives nourishment and develops into a foetus. It's the hormones that control ovulation or the process of the egg releasing from the ovary, and prepare the body to nurture the fertilised egg. When contraceptives are at work, they suppress the functions of the master endocrine glands — hypothalamus and pituitary gland — which regulate the secretion of hormones, says Dr Uddhav Raj, gynaecological endoscopic and pelvic oncosurgeon. "As more such hormones are released into the system, this sends a signal of a pregnancy-like state in the body. So, women on the pill are hormonally similar to pregnant women."</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Mood swings are for real</span></span></h4>
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">A shift in mental make-up caused by hormones also plays a key part in women picking soft-featured partners. "Female hormones induce not only physiological, but psychological changes too. That's why, prolonged use of hormonefluctuating oral contraceptives, can cause mood swings. It's the inability to deal with these effectively that leaves women emotionally vulnerable. It would make matters worse if a brusque partner brushes her off. A mild-mannered consoling nurturer would offer the right support." </span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Side line side-effects </span></span></h4>
<span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">While the pill is known to cause nausea, headaches, and weight gain, studies establish a connect between its overuse and increased incidence of breast and ovarian cancer. "Several misconceptions surround the pill — breakout of skin disease and trouble conceiving once you are off. As long as they are taken under medical advice, its side-effects are not worrisome," says Dr Raj.</span></span><br />

<a name='more'></a><span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"> they bowled everybody with their wit. SRK spoke of bodysuits for superheroes and Jackman had his own share of funny experiences as a wolverine. Guess this powerful duo now has a mutual admiration club. Hugh Jackman has his film The Wolverine releasing this Friday, the actor said he is open to Bollywood offers but would like to learn Hindi and some Bollywood dance moves first. In an interview to a daily, the Hollywood superstar went gaga about SRK and told that Shahrukh had taught him a few steps during his India visit in 2011 at the FICCI Framesseminar. Jackman was modest and confessed that he was not as good as SRK when it comes to Bollywood dances.</span><span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span><span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;">King Khan was taken aback with such a huge compliment from the wolverine himself and took the Facebook route to reciprocate this large hearted gesture. <div class="first-text" style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 15px;">NVIDIA has just announced an insane new GPU. Designed for (wealthy) graphic professionals, the Kepler-based Quadro K6000 is, apparently, "the fastest and most capable GPU ever built".</span></div>
<div class="first-text" style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 15px;">With twice the capacity of the Quadro 6000 that it replaces, the specs on this thing are just crazy: it has 12GB of super-fast DDR5 graphics memory, 2,880 streaming multiprocessor cores, ultra-low latency video I/O, and the ability to drive four simultaneous displays at up to 4K resolution. So, you probably need this on your home PC, right?</span></div>

<div class="first-text" style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 15px;">Just as an example of the power of this thing, Nissan can apparently load almost-complete vehicle models using it. And that's incredibly impressive. But impressive will come at a cost. While there are no firm pricing details available at present, the K5000 costs $2,250- so brace yourself. It'll be available in the fall. [NVIDIA]</span></div>

<h3>
<span style="color: #cc0000;"><span style="font-weight: normal;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Director Nikhil Advani’s one-line narrative – ‘To bring back world’s
most wanted man to India’ – is given life on the big screen in the most
convincing way possible by his stars, Rishi Kapoor, Irrfan Khan and
Arjun Rampal</span></i></span></span></h3>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">As a genre, espionage thrillers haven’t been explored too deeply in Bollywood, even though they are popular. Nikhil Advani’s latest presentation D-Day is an</span><br />
<a name='more'></a> exemplary work reportedly based on the story of dreaded underworld gangster Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar. And what a film it is! This is one that you – and everyone – should watch, without fail.<br /><br />This year alone three films – D-Day, Shootout At Wadala and Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobara – have taken inspiration from the life and times of gangster-in-hiding Dawood. But we wonder if any other could come even close to the brilliance of Nikhil’s subject, vision, treatment and the purpose with which he has created this film.<br /><br />Filmmakers have made films on Dawood earlier too, but they tended to lose the finesse simply because more importance was given to glorifying the gangster and his crimes on celluloid than to realistic story-telling. That’s where Nikhil scores brownie points – he sticks to the theme without any deviations. His interpretation is simple and acceptable rather than being unduly drawn out or lecturing: don’t nurture a terrorist.<br /><br />D-Day narrates a story that will resonate with every Indian. The film is set against the backdrop of some of the most heinous terrorism in India over the past several years. Unfolding over a period of four days, it tells the riveting story of a group of unauthorised government agents who enter a neighbouring country in a bid to capture the man responsible for the acts of terror, a man who has evaded justice for over two decades.<br /><br />The operation to nab India’s most wanted man is carried out by four undercover agents and is truly absorbing. Wali Khan (Irrfan Khan) is sent to Pakistan to keep an eye on Goldman (Rishi Kapoor). But Wali falls victim to the dilemma of family vs duty, one that most undercover agents succumb to. Rudra Pratap Singh (Arjun Rampal) of the Indian Armed Forces, Zoya Rehman (Huma Qureshi) who is a R&AW explosives expert and Aslam (Akash Dhaiya), a petty thief from Mumbai, are recruited by R&AW and infiltrate Pakistan to join Wali and fulfil the mission – to bring Goldman back to India. On the eve of Goldman’s son’s wedding, the mission that will result in the downfall of the notorious don is carried out, but is it successful? How brilliantly the climax is tied up with surprise elements and action sequences makes D-Day an unparalleled production.<br /><br />Rishi Kapoor as Goldman delivers a stunning performance. His two-minute dialogue in the climax taking a dig at the Indian legal system evokes whistles, laughter and applause from the audience. Irrfan as Wali Khan is superlative in emotional and action-packed moments. Arjun Rampal suits his character Rudra Pratap to the T; it’s THE best performance in his decade-plus long journey as an actor. His angst and his rarely used baritone serves his purpose well. South Indian actor Nasser’s brief appearance as RAW chief Ashwini Rao, who battles with his own system to ensure his team is unharmed in Pakistan, is commendable. Huma tackles her part well, but Shruti Haasan is misplaced. Sriswara as Irrfan’s wife does a fairly good job.<br /><br />Overall, D-Day is well-made. The script and screenplay is terrific. Tusshar Ray’s cinematography is innovative and Tom Struthers’ (of Inception and Dark Knight fame) realistic action sequences are A-grade. Clean editing makes the film crisp. The last 15 minutes is an adrenaline rush as all the drama unfolds.<br /><br />D-Day is Nikhil’s way of putting an end to a chapter that started 20 years ago on March 12, 1993. It’s his solemn and humble tribute to the lives that were lost in the most horrific terrorist blasts that only marked the beginning of a series, including the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai. This is the director’s way of bringing to justice India’s most wanted man and his interpretation of what needs to be done with such individuals. He deserves the applause we are sure you will give him. D-Day is for us one of the best espionage thrillers we have seen!<br /><br />With D-Day, Advani successfully inks his name on the list of ‘different’ filmmakers. Take a bow, Mr Advani!<br />

<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Incessantly refreshing your Facebook homepage in the hope of seeing a new update or finding a new notification has become every person’s subconscious trait.<br /><br />Resisting the urge to sleep and aimlessly surfing into the wee hours of the night has already robbed you of your sleep and peace. Keeping all that in mind, we shed some light on few vital reasons why you need to quit, or take a temporary break from Facebook.</span><br />
<h4>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">1. Low Self Esteem</span></h4>
<h4>
</h4>
<img alt="Quit Facebook - Low Self Esteem" height="258" src="http://www.mensxp.com/images/article/Technology/internet/Quit-Facebook---Low-Self-Esteem.jpg" title="Quit Facebook - Low Self Esteem" width="400" /><br />
<span style="font-size: 9px;">Image Credit: Thinkstock</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">You put a hilarious status update and patiently wait for the likes to pour in, but after an hour you barely garner 5 likes. Looking away, you see your friend putting a lame one and he’s </span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">instantly flooded by a dozen likes. You feel ignored and alone. This applies to images and the online persona revolving around it. A recent study showed how people are conscious of their online appearance and judge themselves by comparing themselves to others. This has caused a rise in people feeling awkward in their own skin with regards to weight, looks, and others causing them to develop eating disorders, anorexia and various others things.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
</span>
<br />
<h4>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
2. Low Attention Span</span></h4>
<img alt="Quit Facebook - Low Attention Span" height="258" src="http://www.mensxp.com/images/article/Technology/internet/Quit-Facebook---Low-Attention-Span.jpg" title="Quit Facebook - Low Attention Span" width="400" /><br />
<span style="font-size: 9px;">Image Credit: Shutterstock</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">You are watching a movie in a theatre and you just updated a status
about it. Ten minutes into the flick and you check your phone for any
notification. Disheartened by seeing none, you proceed to watch the
movie. Thirty more minutes pass by and you recheck. A notification, you
see, get excited, comment and patiently wait for a reply. Applying this
same dynamic everywhere else, we observe that social networking sites,
especially Facebook has developed an attention deficit that was
previously unseen, especially among teenagers. This soon turns from a
fascination into an obsession that ends up ruining your beauty sleep and
your serenity.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
</span>
<br />
<h4>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
3. Privacy Issues And Concerns</span></h4>
<img alt="Quit Facebook - Privacy Issues And Concerns" height="258" src="http://www.mensxp.com/images/article/Technology/internet/Quit-Facebook---Privacy-Issues-And-Concerns.jpg" title="Quit Facebook - Privacy Issues And Concerns" width="400" /><br />
<span style="font-size: 9px;">Image Credit: Shutterstock</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Relationships are supposed to be mutually beneficial where you give
enough time for yourself while equally respecting each-other’s privacy.
All thanks to Facebook, that has changed. Analyze this, your better half
peeks into your profile only to find her stark enemy liking and
commenting on your status. She loses her mind and all hell breaks loose.
If that wasn’t enough, burglars too have become tech-savvy and they
usually stalk people through Facebook, meticulously following their
Check-ins and whereabouts and they strike the houses to loot when the
time is right and the resident is away. Final verdict, Facebook is the
devil’s advocate and loves to play nasty with your privacy.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
</span>
<br />
<h4>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
4. Online Feuds</span></h4>
<img alt="Quit Facebook - Online Feuds" height="258" src="http://www.mensxp.com/images/article/Technology/internet/Quit-Facebook---Online-Feuds.jpg" title="Quit Facebook - Online Feuds" width="400" /><br />
<span style="font-size: 9px;">Image Credit: Thinkstock</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">So, somebody typed something nasty on a social networking site and that
ticked you off enough to make your reply something equally nasty. The
fight continues till it saturated to the point where abuses turn verbal
and in some cases, physical. Online feuds on Facebook are known to occur
worldwide while many resulting in brutal fights, and in some cases
death. If that wasn’t enough, the outcomes are nothing worth lauding
about. The defeated bunches tend to become reclusive which stems into
emotional disturbance creeping over gradually, finally turning suicidal
in few cases.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
</span>
<br />
<h4>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
5. Addiction</span></h4>
<img alt="Quit Facebook - Addiction" height="258" src="http://www.mensxp.com/images/article/Technology/internet/Quit-Facebook---Addiction.jpg" title="Quit Facebook - Addiction" width="400" /><br />
<span style="font-size: 9px;">Image Credit: Thinkstock</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">We could not stress on this point enough. Facebook has become an integral part of our daily routine and helps us staying in touch with people from all over the world. Yet, the urge to check Facebook, constantly be online and chat incessantly has been robbing people of their livelihood. A majority of teenagers have been diagnosed by social media addiction, which is now a clinical term. Hampering studies in colleges, work at workplaces and the simple act of enjoying life, Facebook has definitely ruined lives in many ways.<br /><br />Although the advent of Facebook and other social networking sites into our lives is inevitable, we can at least keep a sustainable control over its use and influence over the people using it. Keep these pointers in mind and do the needful if you think Facebook has turned you into a mindless sheep.</span><br />

<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"> <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">1. Beer drinkers live longer</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span> </h4>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Moderate drinking is good for you, and beer is good for moderate drinking. Everyone knows that if you drink too much, it's not good for you. Let's not pull punches: If you're a drunk, you run into things, you drive into things, you get esophageal cancer, you get cirrhosis and other nasty conditions. But more and more medical research indicates that if you don't drink at all, that's not good for you either. According to numerous independent studies, moderate drinkers live longer and better than drunks or teetotalers. Beer is perfect for moderate drinking because of its lower alcohol content and larger volume compared with wine or spirits. And as that old </span></span></span></div>
<a name='more'></a><span style="font-size: small;">radical Thomas Jefferson said, "Beer, if drank with moderation, softens the temper, cheers the spirit, and promotes health." And he didn't need a scientific study to tell him that.</span><br /><br />
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br /></span></span></span>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">2. Beer is all-natural</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span></h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />Some know-it-alls will tell you that beer is loaded with additives and preservatives. The truth is that beer is as all-natural as orange juice or milk (maybe even more so - some of those milk & OJ labels will surprise you). Beer doesn't need preservatives because it has alcohol and hops, both of which are natural preservatives. Beer is only "processed" in the sense that bread is: It is cooked and fermented, then filtered and packaged. The same can be said for Heineken.<br /></span></span></span><br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">3. Beer is low in calories, low in carbohydrates and has no fat or cholesterol</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span></h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />For a completely natural beverage, beer offers serious low-calorie options. Twelve ounces of Guinness has the same number of calories as 12 ounces of skim milk: about 125. That's less than orange juice (150 calories), which is about the same as your standard, "full-calorie" beer. If beer were your only source of nutrition, you'd have to drink one every waking hour just to reach your recommended daily allowance of calories (2,000 to 2,500). And nobody's recommending you drink that many. The only natural drinks with fewer calories than beer are plain tea, black coffee and water. Surely, beer is loaded with those fattening carbohydrates, right? Wrong again. The average beer has about 12 grams of carbs per 12-ounce serving. The U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance is 300 grams of carbohydrates in a standard 2,000-calorie diet. In other words, you would need to drink an entire 24-pack case of beer - and then reach into a second case - simply to reach the government's recommended daily allotment of carbohydrates. You're better off munching an apple or drinking some soda pop if you want to carbo-load. Each has about 35 to 40 grams of carbs - three times the number found in a beer. Also, beer has no fat or cholesterol.<br /></span></span></span><br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">4. Beer improves your cholesterol</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span></h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />Beer not only has no cholesterol, it can actually improve the cholesterol in your body. In fact, drinking beer regularly and moderately will tilt your HDL/LDL cholesterol ratios the right way. You've got two kinds of cholesterol in your system: HDL, the "good" cholesterol that armor-plates your veins and keeps things flowing, and LDL, the "bad" cholesterol that builds up in your veins like sludge in your bathtub drain. Beer power-flushes the system and keeps the HDL levels up. According to some studies, as little as one beer a day can boost your HDL by up to 4 per cent.<br /></span></span></span><br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">5. Beer helps you chill</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span></h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />The social aspects of moderate drinking are solidly beneficial to your health. In other words, to get out every now and then and relax with your buddies over a couple of beers.<br /></span></span></span><br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">6. Beer has plenty o' B vitamins</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span></h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />Beer, especially unfiltered or lightly filtered beer, turns out to be quite nutritious, despite the years of suppression of those facts by various anti-alcohol groups. Beer has high levels of B vitamins, particularly folic acid, which is believed to help prevent heart attacks. Beer also has soluble fiber, good for keeping you regular, which in turn reduces the likelihood that your system will absorb unhealthy junk like fat. Beer also boasts significant levels of magnesium and potassium, in case you were planning on metal-plating your gut.<br /></span></span></span><br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">7. Beer is safer than water</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span></h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />If you're someplace where you are advised not to drink the water, the local beer is always a safer bet. It's even safer than the local bottled water. Beer is boiled in the brewing process and is kept clean afterwards right through the bottle being capped and sealed, because if it isn't, it goes bad in obvious ways that make it impossible to sell. Even if it does go bad, though, there are no life-threatening bacteria bacteria (pathogens) that can live in beer. So drink up - even bad beer is safer than water.<br /></span></span></span><br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">8. Beer prevents heart attacks</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span></h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />If you want to get a bit more cutting-edge than vitamins, beer has other goodies for you. You've heard of the French Paradox, how the French eat their beautiful high-fat diet and drink their beautiful high-booze diet and smoke their nasty goat-hair cigarettes, but have rates of heart disease that are about one-third that of the rest of the world? It's been credited to red wine and the antioxidants it contains. Hey, guess what else has lots of antioxidants, as many as red wine? Dark beer! According to the American Heart Association, "there is no clear evidence that wine is more beneficial than other forms of alcoholic drink." One study profiled in the British Medical Journal in 1999 said that the moderate consumption of three drinks a day could reduce the risk of coronary heart disease by 24.7 per cent.<br /></span></span></span><br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">9. Beer fights cancer</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span></h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />The most amazing beer and health connection is something called xanthohumol, a flavonoid found only in hops. Xanthohumol is a potent antioxidant that inhibits cancer-causing enzymes, "much more potent than the major component in soy," according Dr. Cristobal Miranda of the Department of Environmental and Molecular Toxicology at Oregon State University. This xanthohumol stuff is so good for you that the Germans have actually brewed a beer with extra levels of it.<br /></span></span></span><br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">10. Beer does not give you a beer belly</span></span></span></h4>
<h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"></span></span></span></h4>
<span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />A study done by researchers at the University College of London and the Institut Klinicke a Experimentalni Mediciny in Prague in 2003 showed no connection between the amount of beer people drank and the size of their overhang. "There is a common notion that beer drinkers are, on average, more 'obese' than either non-drinkers or drinkers of wine or spirits," the researchers said. But they found that "the association between beer and obesity, if it exists, is probably weak." Most studies have found that people who drink beer regularly (and moderately) not only don't develop beer bellies - they weigh less than non-drinkers. Beer can boost your metabolism, keep your body from absorbing fat and otherwise make you a healthier, less disgusting slob. Just drink it in moderation, as part of an otherwise healthy diet.<br /><br />So that's it. Drink beer. You'll live longer and be happier. You won't get fat. In fact, you may weigh less. You'll boost your metabolism, improve your health and reduce your risk of clogged arteries, heart attack and cancer. What more could you want?</span></span></span><span id="advenueINTEXT" name="advenueINTEXT" style="float: left;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Thought going off-roading was fun in your stock 4x4 vehicle? Meet the 'Monster,' a heavily modified Maruti Suzuki Gypsy that devours off-road obstacles in a rather carefree manner.<br /><br />
Every weekend a group of off-road enthusiasts called the Terrain Tigers like to get their tyres dirty in an off-road location just off the town of Gurgaon, Haryana. The vehicle of choice for most members of the team is the Maruti Suzuki Gypsy. The Gypsy’s light weight combined with its rev happy engine, gives it commendable off-road credentials. <br />
<a name='more'></a><br /><br /> However, when you are going absolutely bonkers on steep uphill inclines, slushy ravines and muddy lakes, most standard production vehicles come across limitations and so does the Gypsy.<br /><br />One member, Sumeer Tandon, decided to overcome these limitations by creating his very own version of the ultimate off-roader called the ‘Monster’. Based on the Maruti Suzuki Gypsy platform, it features suspension, tyre, differential, gearbox and engine modifications. Safety modifications include a roll cage and four point harnesses to keep you firmly in place on the Sparco bucket sewhich is necessary for hardcore off-roading where the more traction you have, the better the grip. The rims have been fitted at negative 50mm offset, so they are pushed outwards by two inches. <br /><br /> The bigger tyres obviously add to the unsprung weight of the vehicle, as a result a heavier axle was required to deal with the added bulk. The standard axles were replaced with Dana 44 axles, which are common fitment on Tata and Mahindra utility vehicles as well as the Jeep Wrangler to date! <br /><br />

<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="color: #cc0000;">Prabhu Deva’s new rom-com starring Girish Kumar and Shruti Haasan is uncannily similar to Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya. Yes, the story is a tried and tested formula from the ’90s but fails to create the same magic</span><br /><br />After directing two out-and-out action films – Wanted and Rowdy Rathore – Prabhu Deva has made Ramaiya Vastavaiya, a family entertainer with a few good comic punches and some fine performances. The only glitch – and it is a very big one – is that the story is predictable from start to finish. Add a dash of Sooraj Barjatya’s Maine Pyar Kiya and a bit of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Hum Dil</span></span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="font-size: small;"> De Chuke Sanam to Salman Khan starrer Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya and voila! you have the story.<br /><br />Newbie Girish Kumar plays a happy-go-lucky chap who is the only son of a business tycoon from Australia. He is boisterous, super rich and loves flirting. His parents Randhir Kapoor and Poonam Dhillon aren’t a problem, till their son falls in love. So clichéd! Shruti Haasan is a simple village girl who lives with her bade bhaiya Raghuvir, played by Sonu Sood. Sonu is a very hard working, self-made man who dotes on his only sister. Yes, we saw the same pyaar between brother and sister in Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya, remember?<br /><br />So the film is about Girish Kumar (Ram) and Shruti Haasan (Sona), two completely different individuals who eventually fall in love. Ram comes to India to attend his cousin’s wedding and that’s when he meets Sona, his cousin’s best friend. Initially the duo doesn’t get along, but by the interval they end up feeling ‘something-something’ for each other. But what is love without obstacles, separation and some melodrama, right?<br /><br />Enter Poonam Dhillon (Ashwini), who can’t stand the fact that her son has fallen for a poor girl. She wants Ram to marry a rich lass and therefore insults Sona and her brother and throws them out of the house. All this drama takes place in the absence of Ram, obviously. The brother-sister return to their village and are back to living their normal life. So what happens next? Well, even if we didn’t reveal this, you could figure it out. Yes, Ram comes running after his lady love, leaving his aisho-aaram ki zindagi. He confesses to Raghuvir that he wants to marry his sister. Here’s when Sonu turns on his ‘angry brother’ switch and puts forward a condition which he thinks will drive the crazy-in-love young man away! But Ram takes up the challenge and wins it too. And there you have your ‘happily ever after’ ending.<br /><br />The supporting actors Randhir Kapoor, Poonam Dhillon and Vinod Khanna play their parts well. Girish is impressive and is surprisingly bang on with his comic timing. Shruti does a decent job, but has a long way to go before she establishes herself as a bankable star. Sonu as the angry brother is convincing and gives a sober performance in the film. All in all the movie is strictly okay and a one time watch, but only if you can’t get enough of those typically romantic Hindi films.<br /><br />Lastly, the desi item number featuring Jacqueline Fernandez is a treat to watch, especially ‘coz dancing sensation Prabhu Deva himself jumps in and shakes his booty with the B-town babe!</span><br />

<h3>
<span style="color: #cc0000;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">We don’t know if it was a mere coincidence that Akshay Kumar’s
latest bar song came out around the same time as the court’s decision on
reopening dance bars</span></span></h3>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara’s latest track has a certain ’70s charm – the set up, the music, the three dancers and Akshay Kumar’s vintage look </span><br />
<a name='more'></a>take you back to the times of Zeenat Aman and Parveen Babi. And with a lot changing in the maikhana circuit there’s more good news for bar dancers, ‘coz they have a new song to grove to.<br />
<br />
The music particularly is the highlight of this song that’s unlike any item song that’s come out in recent times. Dialogues mouthed by don Akki add to the punch that Milan Luthria intends to bring out in the song. While Rajat Arora’s lyrics are clichéd like the ’70s era – “Tu hi khwahish, tu hi khatra, zeher tera mujh mein utra”, Pritam manages to compose a peppy track that takes you back in time but it’s Sunidhi Chauhan’s seductive voice that guides this song to the right pitch. All in all this is a number that’s true to this film’s look, feel and story!<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjXoxb5TzdQLZmgzNGnrcVVUY1me1SKQ667kEiDiQ4GLiRTa0pDPjbbEMAW5e7kbJ7ZKeDYubJw99r0fvcvecCa-EXA78kVL_bKxv6Whwezjl-MktMo5LOOMzXx4SJ68M38Nzul3YRZZ-Vh/s1600/desh-drohi-inner_437114446129.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjXoxb5TzdQLZmgzNGnrcVVUY1me1SKQ667kEiDiQ4GLiRTa0pDPjbbEMAW5e7kbJ7ZKeDYubJw99r0fvcvecCa-EXA78kVL_bKxv6Whwezjl-MktMo5LOOMzXx4SJ68M38Nzul3YRZZ-Vh/s320/desh-drohi-inner_437114446129.jpg" width="246" /></a></div>
<span style="background-color: white; color: #3d3d3d;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Ok so there have been many gems over Bollywood 100 year history. Some good, some great and some so bad they were actually good. So here's my list of stomach churning films that will leave you feeling grateful you still have a life after the ordeal of watching them. </span></span><br />
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">First up is an all time favourite, Kamaal R Khan's Desh Drohi. What Aamir Khan did for Gracie Singh's career in Lagaan, KRK single handedly ruined in one fell swoop. In fact at first glance Gracie is almost unrecognisable in her entry scene which includes <a name='more'></a>screeching to a stop on a bike and taking on aniti- North Indian Marathi 'manus'. Her ode to acid wash jeans and tacky 80s themed avatar is enough to make you barf. To top it all there's the OTT dialogue delivery and get this even a song thrown in while Gracie and KRK are on the run from some goons! Trust me watch Desh Drohi and then sit back and thank God it was just a film! </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Multi starrer Aatish featuring Karishma Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Dutt and Atul Agnihotri. Another gem from the 90s complete with tacky numbers and dance routines. What's worse is that i spent the entire film deciding what was worse, Karisma's busy eyebrows or Sanjay Dutt's mullet. A must watch to see how bad the 90s truly were. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Himesh Reshammiya's acting endeavours got centrestage in his film Karzzz and going by the number of zzzs in the title, it's fair to assume that the film will make you comatose. Reshammiya of course uses the film as an excellent opportunity to clear his sinuses and belt out one nasal hit after another. And then there is Urmila followed by her quivering lip! </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<br /></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Speaking of pouts and quivers, Kareena Kapoor as a supermodel being wooed by the boorish stuntman played by Akshay Kumar. Kareena of course does a pretty good rendition of the vacuous supermodel cliché considering she didn't have to look very far from her own self. Then there is Vindoo Dara Singh who graces the film with his Neanderthal like presence and wit. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Aiyya was Rani Mukherjee's plea to her fans to be cast as a siren. Even Prithviraj's thunder from down under couldn't save Aiyya from it's doomed destiny. Aiyya reminded me of a poor man's 'The Dirty Picture.'<br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Sajid Khan's ode to the 80s cult classic Himmatwala needed just that 'himmat' to watch it. Known for his cheesy, double innuendo sense of humour and sex jokes, Mr Khan the director stayed to his true artistic sensibilities. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; border: 0px solid rgb(252, 199, 129); color: #3d3d3d;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">So the next time you're bored out of your skull, watch these gems and thank God you're mental faculties are still ok. </span></div>

<div class="first-text" style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="color: #5b5a5a; font-family: Droid Sans, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 18px;">There's a crew of hero historians out there slurping up the Internet for posterity in case we want to see it later, but what about all the apps? Well now there's a place for them too. Parts of them, at least.</span></span></div>
<div class="first-text" style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="color: #5b5a5a; font-family: 'Droid Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 18px;">Capptivate.co was put together by Alli Dryer of Bottle Rocket Apps, and serves as the realitely new resting place for apps of old. The site doesn't index full copies of the apps, or provide any of their functionality, but instead it hosts a distinct kind of snapshot: a little five-second video that showcases each's signature look and feel.</span></div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="first-text" style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="color: #5b5a5a; font-family: 'Droid Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 18px;">Dryer described her little project's genesis this way to Wired UK:</span></div>
<div class="first-text" style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="color: #5b5a5a; font-family: 'Droid Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 18px;">Someone asked me if I was going to add the refresh function from [the old iOS Twitter app] Tweetie, where the bird hatches from the egg, and I didn't have it and I couldn't get it! These things are just going to be gone. ...I'm starting to think of it as a museum that I'm curating, which holds these apps that are going to vanish, and where we can reference them.</span></div>
<div class="first-text" style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="color: #5b5a5a; font-family: 'Droid Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 18px;">Of course there are a ton of challenges. There are some 900,000 in the AppStore alone, for instance and so far Capptivate</span><span style="color: #5b5a5a; font-family: 'Droid Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 18px;"> hasn't ventured beyond archiving the mountain of iOS apps. And that's to say nothing of how fast apps can get updated. But the project is young-only a few months-and ideally Dryer will set up some kind of system for developers to submit their own apps for inclusion.</span></div>
<div class="first-text" style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="color: #5b5a5a; font-family: 'Droid Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 18px;">You might not think much of antiquated app animations, but someday we might have a reason to dig into that history, so it doesn't hurt to keep it around. You can read more about Dryer and her pet project over at Wired UK. [Wired UK via Ars Technica]</span></div>

<h3 style="background-color: white; line-height: 20px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: small;">This time around the queen of controversy does it by wearing nothing but a teeny-weeny thong in her debut movie Nasha.</span></span></h3>
<div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 19px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">When Poonam Pandey decided to strip for the cricketing heroes way back in 2011, it was amply clear that the babe was desperate to break into the world of showbiz. Ever since that </span></span></div>
<a name='more'></a><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">moment of glory, Poonam has been showing what she is made of….literally!The desperate for attention damsel is always looking for an opportunity to shed her clothes, indulge in skin show and speed straight into the headlines. This no-brainer strategy to stay in the limelight has worked for Pandey so far and she is getting increasingly famous for…err…being famous!</span><br />
<div style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 19px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 19px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">And now Poonam has a valid cause to show off her true ‘potential’. For her new erotic movie Nasha the gal has been showing her assets. First we saw her long legs on the movie poster, then her bare back and now – wait for it – her behind!</span></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 19px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 19px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Here’s Poonam in a thong as tiny as dental floss, putting up her assets on display. Clearly, the still – and Pandeys’ pert butt – is photoshopped and air-brushed to make it all look smooth, shiny and enticing. Take a long look at Poonam’s naughty endeavour and tell us if she is going the right way to attain the fame she’s lusting after. Also, let us know: Do you find Poonam hot, titillating, super-sexy or just sheer desperate!</span></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 19px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="line-height: 18px;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></span></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYuroUHh9cN4RxvSYdukzVNRy2P_uHeLhEHRlzeYfU6dv_fuwSYMpNzGAy6YwDdev2VsVItey3BvM0HTHh3lfSc6Z0LoyhTWCxV5sz2fMj48nt9SbwxqmnHOrpIHqTWQXTts-8ohiteWHd/s1600/05250064-photo-apple-tools.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYuroUHh9cN4RxvSYdukzVNRy2P_uHeLhEHRlzeYfU6dv_fuwSYMpNzGAy6YwDdev2VsVItey3BvM0HTHh3lfSc6Z0LoyhTWCxV5sz2fMj48nt9SbwxqmnHOrpIHqTWQXTts-8ohiteWHd/s400/05250064-photo-apple-tools.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><i><span style="color: #cc0000;">Android's open nature may be lauded by many but it also leaves your device vulnerable to malware, freezes & slowdowns. Here we show you how to keep your devices running like new with little effort.</span></i></span></h4>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: 14px;"><br /></span></div>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Manage your applications</span></h3>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Most if not all android devices have a built in task manager which shows you all the background apps (running apps) and lets you selectively remove them from memory.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Keeping them running will pull them up faster when you need them, but beyond a point, too many apps will slow the device down. the app manager is usually pulled up with a long press on the home or options button.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">If you need to install a third-party app to do the same thing, you can get advanced task manager (by infolife) or android app manager (by smartwho).</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">The advantage that either of these apps can offer is a home screen widget which allows you to close running apps with just one tap.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"></span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<h3>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Guard against malware & bad apps.</span></h3>
<div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">If you download a lot of apps from unknown sources (places other than google's play store), chances are that your phone is already infected with malware.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Trend micro reports that there are over 500 sources that host malicious apps. While most malware will send texts to premium numbers without your knowledge, some could also be mining data (and consequently slowing down your device)</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">If you must get apps from unknown sources, you should get an anti-virus app. some of the best free options include avast, avg, lookout, norton, eset &amp; zoner</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Note that you shouldn't install more than one of these at one time and having one isn't a guarantee against bad apps — but it helps.</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Manage RAM for smooth multitasking</span></h3>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">One of the biggest reasons why your device runs out of steam is limited available RAM. This is more true of devices with 512MB and to a certain extent, 1GB of total RAM</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Depending on the number of applications you have installed (and how many of them are running in the background), the amount of free RAM your device has may not be enough to smoothly switch between apps.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">To solve this problem, get a free app called Clean Master by KS Mobile. Not only does it have a task killer (to free up RAM), but it can also delete history (web browser data &amp; history), clean the cache, properly uninstall apps and remove residual files (remnants of previously deleted apps) to free up space on the device memory.</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Get your settings straight</span></h3>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Take a look at your device's settings page. are you signed in to any accounts that you are not using? remove them. you can also check for sync intervals (how often these accounts check for updates).</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Are additional functions like bluetooth, nfc and wifi on when you don't need them? some of these might keep hunting for a connection and slow down other services. if you are using a third-party launcher, set it as the default.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">If you use more than one launcher at a time, resources are usually shared between them, making everything slower. it also helps if you remove any widgets that you aren't using (because they keep updating in the background) and remove any extra homescreen pages.</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Get a fresh start</span></h3>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Sometimes, whatever you do may not be enough. If your phone or tablet still keeps freezing or drags its feet with even the simplest of tasks, it may be time for a factory reset. A factory reset restores your device to original settings — like the way it was when you first got it</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Luckily, every Android device has a factory reset option built in.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Initialising the factory reset is a simple, one-step process — just head to settings and 'privacy' or 'backup &amp; reset'. Keep in mind that doing a factory reset erases everything on the device: all installed apps, contacts, calendar entries, photos, texts, videos &amp; any accounts that you're signed in to will be removed. So before you reset, use an app called inDefend to backup your contacts &amp; messages, use App Backup &amp; Restore (by Infolife) to backup apps, SMS Backup &amp; Restore for SMS &amp; Dropbox to save your photos &amp; videos to the cloud.</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Periodically clean out messages and gallery</span></h3>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">If you've owned your phone for a while, chances are you have thousands of texts, photos &amp; videos stored. You can take a backup of all essential data and clean out stuff — starting from the oldest first. Since these apps won't have to cache as much data, they'll load much faster</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Moving data to external memory card</span></h3>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Even if you have 16GB storage, some of that is taken up by the operating system and essential apps. You should keep at least 2GB of that free. Move all non-essential data and apps to the external memory card using the file manager and a free app called App2SD.</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Nova Launcher</span></h3>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Phone makers have a tendency to use heavy interfaces with animations & features that you may never use. Download Nova Launcher from the app store to give your device an instant speed boost. It's also way more customisable than the stock interface that you get.</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Switch off live wallpapers</span></h3>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Using a live (animated) wallpaper on your device uses up a fair bit of processing power — power that could easily be put to use by making apps load up faster and making the interface smoother. While this is more true of budget devices, switch off your live wallpaper and you'll also see better battery life.</span></div>
</div>

<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Former Mumbai-based Nigel Fernandes, who had been in New Zealand and is now back in Goa, has just authored Consequences (Goa,1556/Rs.200), a 214-page thriller that deals with this deadly scourge that today afflicts many parts of India.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"></span></span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Significantly, the 37-year-old writer has also dedicated the book to his "nephew Jared Tristan D'Souza, killed by a reckless motorist" when just 20 months old.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">The quick-paced thriller, which he took eight months to write, is set in cosmopolitan Mumbai and has a mix of affluent characters who seem to inhabit quite another world in India's commercial capital.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">We also meet family doctors of the rich and the famous. As the scene shifts to a hospital, one gets the essence of the city nurse who tries hard to please the patient and the skilled doctors overcautious about the VVIP they treat. Mumbai's police - both local and from elsewhere - are featured, as is the media, struggling to cope with the unpredicatable news-appetites of the bustling "city that never sleeps".</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">The novel begins in a Mumbai nightclub where an accused in a previous drink-and-driving case is found dead, with drugs initially being suspected. The action shifts to the Worli Seaface, where another person involved in a similar case is targeted by a paid killer while going for his morning jog. Bystanders take it to be a road accident, though. Then the bodyguard of a prominentBollywood star finds him unconscious after an accident in his gym.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Such incidents keep repeating, till threatening calls make it clear that there's a pattern to it all.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">The reader is left wondering what will happen next, and, more importantly, what is the motive of those behind these crimes, and what those who commit them hope to achieve. The trail of "accidents" and killings continues to a luxury hotel in Goa and even the plush ward where the film star is admitted to recover.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">But let's not spoil the suspense to the final denouement.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">The novel takes one from Bandra to the Worli Seaface, Central Mumbai, the police HQ, Colabaand other popular landmarks of "the city which never sleeps".</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Fernandes was born and educated in Mumbai. He has lived in New Zealand for six years, completed his MBA from the Auckland University of Technology and is a marketing and media specialist. Currently in Goa, when he is not writing, he is involved in promoting windsurfing.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">While in New Zealand, Fernandes worked for Sony and for the Auckland City Council.</span></span><br />

Here are some sound reasons as to why you shouldn't be dating a married man</em><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"> </span></span><br />
<span style="background-color: white; color: #3f3f3f; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;"><br /></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b>Wrong </b></span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b><br /></b></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">No matter how much you try to prove yourself right — there are no justifications when it comes to dating a married person. It is considered to be 'ethically wrong' and could hamper your life in more ways than one. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b></b></span></span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><b><br /></b></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b>Second best </b></span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b><br /></b></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">When you get involved with a married man, no matter how much he claims you to be his true love, at the end of the day, his wife and family(kids) will be his first priority. Remember that he will come up with a host of excuses to cover up for cheating on his family — but when it comes to choosing between his family and you, it will always be his family. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b><br /></b></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b>Lies </b></span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b><br /></b></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Another reason to not get involved with a married man is lies. Men who have a wife and children at home, will lie to you endlessly for not being able to meet up with you, or not being able to accompany you for shopping or a movie. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b><br /></b></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b>Would you like it? </b></span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><b><br /></b></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Just for a second, wait and think. Had you found out that your husband is cheating not only on you but your kids as well — would you approve of it? Let it pass by? Cheating in any form is disgraceful. More than that, you can never guarantee that he will leave his wife and kids and accept you legally.</span></span><br />

<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">LONDON: The secret snooping program of the US government may have stirred doubts and fear amongst the internet users, but a search site with 'zero tracking' feature has basked in the popularity. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">According to the Guardian, search site 'DuckDuckGo' saw huge rise in traffic post the revelations by whistleblower Edward Snowden. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Within days of revelations, founder of the site, Gabriel Weinberg noticed that his site, which pledges not to track or store data about its users, was getting 50 percent more traffic than ever before and is going up with more revelations about NSA and GCHQ's internet tapping. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"></span></span><br />

<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">The NSA has been alleged to have 'direct access' to the servers of the web's biggest search engines Google, Microsoft and Yahoo. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Weinberg said that the search data 'is arguably the most personal data people are entering into anything'. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">From serving 1.7m searches a day at the start of June, DuckDuckGo hit 3m within a fortnight. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">According to the report, Weinberg said that DuckDuckGo with zero tracking doesn't use cookies or store data about its users' IP addresses, doesn't offer user logins, and uses an encrypted connection by default and if the NSA demanded data from DuckDuckGo, there would be none to hand over. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Weinberg said that the decision to not store user data was not a political decision, but a personal one adding that storing search data reveals so much about the user. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">On Google storing the data, Weinberg said that it is a myth that Google needs to store all the data about users, as almost all the money they make on search is based on what one types in the search box. </span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">He further said that Google needs to track users for their other services, G mail and YouTube because those are hard to monetize and that's why a user gets ads following around the internet all the time, the report added.</span></span><br />

<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;"><i>Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s fine direction, Prasoon Joshi’s elaborate writing and the extraordinary performances from Farhan Akhtar, Divya Dutta and Pavan Malhotra make this one an engaging watch</i></span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;">We met Sonam Kapoor ahead of the release of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s magnum opus Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, starring Farhan Akhtar in the lead role of the legendary sprinter <a name='more'></a>Milkha Singh. In the course of our chat Sonam made a surprising statement-“I never met Farhan (Akhtar) on the sets of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. He never turned up!” said Sonam who is playing the Flying Sikh’s love interest in the movie. Now, almost a week after that chat, as we sit down to file the review of the film, we second Sonam’s thoughts and understand her reasoning with much clarity. Even we as the audience could not find Farhan Akhar on the big screen. He never showed up! All we could see was India’s iconic sprinter Milkha Singh taking long strides with incredible speed and a burning passion in his mighty heart to make the country proud. Simply put, Farhan became the Flying Sikh to deliver the best performance of his lifetime as an actor.</span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;">Director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has undoubtedly given a befitting tribute to India’s super-sprinter Milkha Singh by making a biopic with a mix of myriad emotions that will evoke a range of feelings in your heart while watching this movie. An average director with limited cinematic palate and sensibilities could have easily fallen into the trap of glorifying Milkha’s achievements as an athlete- given that India’s fastest runner ever has won 77 times of the 80 races he ran. But Mehra chooses to portray emotions over victories and hardships over glories of his protagonist to narrate an absorbing tale. In the process though he romanticises certain events in Milkha’s life and perpetually repeats them. Clearly, in some parts Mehra seemed to have lacked the much-needed restraint that could have made this film more gripping and crisp. Nevertheless, the 50-year-old filmmaker weaves various events in Milkha’s life and some quirky facets of his personality to create an interesting drama that has its heart in the right place.</span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;">Sports films normally follow a predictable path-the rise of an underdog who takes the world by storm with his unbelievable spirit and unparalleled achievements. Bhaag Milkha Bhaag does not take that clichéd path. Instead it investigates why Milkha Singh lost at the famous 1960 Rome Olympics where he had clinched the world record before? What made the Milkha turn back at the crucial moment so close to the finishing line in the race that shattered India’s collective hope to win the gold at the Olympics? How Milkha’s horrifying past lurked over his present.</span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;">Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra unfolds the story in a sepia-tinted form and gives a typical Bollywood-ish spin to it. The plot is nicely punctuated with various challenges Milkha faces and many failures he endures on both his personal as well as professional front to emerge on the global stage as an iconic athlete. Cinematically speaking BMB is well researched and detailed, but its indulgent screenplay mars the impact the story could have created. Mehra’s narrative is filled with many subplots that fail to keep pace with Milkha’s dramatic run. And yet there are moments that leave you teary-eyed thanks to the writer Prasoon Joshi who pens a moving story with mastery.</span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;">As for the performances Farhan, is Milkha Singh. The actor has invested himself emotionally as much as he trained physically to capture every nuance of the story to breathe and talk the man. Sonam Kapoor has a very small role and she has done justice to the part with ease. Prakash Raj as the stern military officer is good. Dilip Tahil’s theatrical performance to play Jawaharlal Nehru is unconvincing and comical. Divya Dutta and Pawan Malhatora are absolutely striking and remarkably endearing. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy’s music will leave you charged with national pride, a true requirement of the biopic. Binod Pradhan’s cinematography is truly amazing.</span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></h3>
<h3 style="background-color: white; margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia; font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal; line-height: 20px;">All in all, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Bhaag Milkha Bhaag many not be the iconic movie we were anticipating, but it certainly is a must watch. The director has made yet another earnest attempt to tell an engaging story in the most sincere way. At 3 hours 15 minutes BMB is long and unhurried, but it’s worth your money as Milkha takes those giant leaps of faith to win the race of his life.</span></span></h3>

<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">NEW YORK: Nokia has unveiled a new Lumia phone with a powerful 41MP camera that promises sharper images, even in low light.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">The Nokia Lumia 1020, powered by Windows Phone 8, was introduced on Thursday at an event in New York. The 41MP camera records more detail than other camera phones and even tops point-and-shoot cameras. More pixels mean more sensors for capturing the light that forms an image.</span></span><br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">This new smartphone features a technology called Dual Capture, which takes two shots at the same time, one at 38MP resolution and the other at 5MP. The former is meant for photo editing, while the latter is ideal for social media uploads, said Nokia.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">The 41MP Zeiss camera has six lenses and features Nokia's PureView imaging technology, along with two types flash - one LED and the other Xenon. In order to provide a better photography experience, the Finnish manufacturer has included the Nokia Pro Camera app and Nokia Rich Recording video capturing technology in this handset.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Other hardware specs of the Lumia 1020 include 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ Amoled display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 2GB RAM, 2,000mAh battery and 32GB internal storage.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">The company said the smartphone will arrive in US on July 26 on AT&T, priced at $299. After the US launch, Lumia 1020 will be headed to China and key European markets, Nokia said.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Last year, Nokia released a phone featuring a 41MP camera that runs on the now discontinued Symbian operating system. Samsung last month launched a Galaxy S4 variant that has a 16MP camera with Xenon flash on the back.</span></span><br />

<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">AHMEDABAD: Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi has said that he had done "absolutely right thing" in 2002 when the state was hit by riots and that an SIT set up by the Supreme Court had given him a "thoroughly clean chit".</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">In an interview to Reuters news agency at his official residence in Gandhinagar, the first since he was appointed the chief of BJP's election campaign committee in June, Modi was asked if it was frustrating when many people define him by 2002.</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">He responded by saying that he would feel guilty if he had done something wrong. "Everyone has their own view. Frustration comes when you think 'I got caught. I was stealing and I got caught.' That's not my case."</span></span><br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Asked if he regretted what had happened, the Gujarat strongman was quoted by Reuters as saying that the Supreme Court had created a Special Investigating Team which in its report had given him a "a thoroughly clean chit".</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Asked if he regretted the violence, Modi compared his feelings to the occupant of a car involved in an accident. "If someone else is driving a car and we're sitting behind, even then if a puppy comes under the wheel, will it be painful or not? Of course it is. If I'm a chief minister or not, I'm a human being. If something bad happens anywhere, it is natural to be sad."</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Modi was asked if he had done the right thing in 2002. "Absolutely. However much brainpower the Supreme Being has given us, however much experience I've got, and whatever I had available in that situation and this is what the SIT had investigated," he replied.</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Answering a question about being regarded as a polarising figure, Modi cited the example of Democrats and Republicans in the US to emphasise that polarisation was "democracy's basic nature".</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">'I am a Hindu nationalist'</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Narendra Modi described himself as a "Hindu nationalist" because he was a born Hindu. "I am nationalist. I'm patriotic. Nothing is wrong. I am born Hindu. Nothing is wrong. So I'm a Hindu nationalist. So yes, you can say I'm a Hindu nationalist because I'm a born Hindu," he told the Reuters news agency.</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="color: #3f3f3f; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="line-height: 20px;">Modi was asked as to who was the "real Modi"--Hindu nationalist or a pro-business chief minister? "As far as progressive, development, workaholic, whatever they say, this is what they are saying. So there's no contradiction between the two. It's one and the same image," he said. </span></span><br />

<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="color: #0000ee;"><u><br /></u></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="color: red; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">The fun part of Policegiri is that no one, not even director K Ravi Kumar, seems to take the proceedings seriously</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Film: Policegiri; Cast: Sanjay Dutt, Prakash Raj, Prachi Desai; Director: K Ravi Kumar</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><a name='more'></a><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Indian cinema is like a massive bouquet of wildflowers of different colours and smells. You really can’t judge Policegiri, Sanjay Dutt’s hefty homage to hero-giri completed before serving the remainder of his prison term, against the soft gently-undulating movements of the week’s other release Lootera. If Vikramaditya Motwane’s film is soft-petalled rose, Policegiri is a wild cactus flower from the desert. Why cactus? The landscape is populated with pricks, you see.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">It’s a roaring 21-gun salute to traditional mainstream cinema’s ongoing obsession with the corruption-cleansing cop who goes on a rampage. The anti-establishment figure from Prakash Mehra’s Zanjeer has been slyly transformed into the khaki-wearing law-enforcer with shades of grey.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Like Ajay Devgn in Singham, Akshay Kumar in Rowdy Rathore and Salman Khan in Dabangg, Sanjay in Policegiri is a morally ambivalent do-gooder who bends rules to restore order in an inherently anarchic lawless town somewhere on the Andhra Pradesh border (hence the thick accents of junior artistes who seem to have seen better ‘daze’) run by a powerful goon-politician.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">That the buffoon of a goon is played repeatedly by Prakash Raj is a boon. This talented actor from Priyadrshan’s unforgettable Kanchivaram plays the same rowdy idiosyncratic neta in almost every Hindi remake of a South Indian cop-on-a-cocky-trail remake. And he revitalises the character each time. In Policegiri, Prakash is a howl as a music-loving ganglord. In various self-consciously staged confrontation scenes with Sanjay, Prakash is seen playing different musical instruments, from the piano to the tabla, quite badly we may add. “I don’t claim to be Mohammad Rafi in singing, but I am Mohammed Ali in my brute power,” brags his villainous character Nagori Subramnayam in scene after scene.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Well, good for him. Be warned the heroic adversary is formidable. Like Salman in Dabangg, Sanjay’s cop character is quirkily immoral. We are not supposed to judge this bovine cop adversely just because he collects money wrapped in a newspaper from the goon.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Flitting in and out of this tale of the goon-like coop and the gana-gata-goon is a romantic association between Sanjay and Prachi Desai. Age difference be damned, they even have a discreetly-done suhaag-raat (honeymoon) scene where Prachi is allowed to make fun of Sanjay’sdhalti umar (advancing age).</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Ask Sanjay if he cares. He seems to sink into the fun quotient of the barbed jugalbandi with Prakash without bothering with histrionic one-upmanship.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">The fun part of Policegiri is that no one, not even director K Ravi Kumar, seems to take the proceedings seriously. Even when gruesome killings happen, they are done in the spirit of a comic-book caper where the hero has forgotten his cape home and he certainly doesn’t wear his underwear on top of his khaki pants.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Sanjay seems to revel in the absurdity of a crime drama where the law-maker seems to share an affinity to moral ambiguity with the law-breakers. It is all fun to watch – loud, rumbustious, over the top, ear-splitting fun provided you are a Singham-Dabangg aficionado, and a Sanjay Dutt fan. And provided you don’t judge the film by the same yardstick as Lootera.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
