Real Men Don't Rape

Just finished today’s newspaper. Rape, rape, kidnapping and rape, murder and rape and gang rape. Really disappointed to see the direction in which society is going. Honestly speaking, ab toh newspaper padhne ka man hi nahi karta. It’s always the same stories. Bas victim ka naam or jagah badal jate hai. Real men don’t rape, is it really so difficult to understand for these psychos?

BTW, did you heard that? Manikins are being banned in Mumbai. As a matter of reason, they are causing rapes. Interesting part of the story, instead of some khap panchayat, this time some women organisation complained about those statues wearing lingerie, saying they feel uncomfortable around them. Nice move I must say. I mean yes they do increase sales but they are cool only when clothes are tried on them. When it comes to bras and panties, they can actually make you uncomfortable when you are with your parents. Who would like to face a woman in lingerie while walking down with parents? Although they are just statues but they are of real life dimensions.

Even if a girl is walking down the streets completely naked, no man in the world got the right to rape her. Still after every such incidence, there is always a part of society blaming the girl’s attitude, her lack of dignity, and her exposing clothing. Much to the amusement, even some high profile personalities said so. Jab itne sare log ek hi cheej keh rahe ho to you have to think about it seriously sometimes. I tried it. No, no, I am not a potential rapist. Neither am I a follower of asaram bapu. I just want you to know that Indian society is a bunch of hypocrite orthodox people who are ready to say that woman and man are equal but still not ready to accept it unfortunately.

Of course everyone should be free to wear anything they want but until our society gains some maturation and leaves behind their orthodoxy, women should also be a little careful. I think it’s not a question of liberty or freedom. It’s a matter of precaution. I am not being a judge. Just being analytical. You decide it for yourself.
